We ship locally to Australia and to most International countries!

Typically, we fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping is usually 3-5 business days and express shipping is 1-2 business days.

If you notice an error on your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us via email us at replenishlabs@gmail.com with “Urgent - Address change” in the subject line. We will help you out.

You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order. If you cannot find any notification emails in your regular inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder before reaching out to replenishlabs@gmail.com.

Determining how many packets to consume daily is quite dependent on the individual. First, it’s important to note that RPLNSH Labs is meant to supplement your electrolyte intake - it should not be your sole source of electrolytes in a day. Although there is no one-size-fits-all approach, the clinical data demonstrates targeting 4-6g of sodium, 1-3g of potassium, and 250-500mg of magnesium throughout the day from various sources, ideally from predominantly whole foods. We hear that many people find 1-2 packets per day to be optimal, often depending on their activity level.

RPLNSH Labs is great to use in a variety of situations - we receive feedback across quite a broad spectrum in that regard.

So here's the short answer: The most common usage is first thing in the morning, and about 30 mins prior to a workout, high-intensity activity, or when mental clarity is at a premium. A good thing to remember is when it comes to replacing lost electrolytes–preparing ahead of time is much better than chasing them afterward.
